China's former Vice President Rong dies at 89

BEIJING, China - Rong Yiren (file photo taken 1988), former Chinese vice president and founder of China's largest investment company, China International Trust and Investment Corp., died of illness in Beijing on Oct. 26, China's Xinhua News Agency reported Oct. 27. He was 89.
