LDP finalizes draft for revising Constitution

TOKYO, Japan - Former Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori (standing), who heads the Liberal Democratic Party's Constitution drafting committee, addresses a committee meeting at the party headquarters in Tokyo on Oct. 28. The party finalized its draft of a new Constitution the same day.
