5 key players fail to narrow gaps in Doha Round trade talks
LONDON, England - Japanese trade minister Toshihiro Nikai (L) and farm minister Shoichi Nakagawa chat during a break at the Doha Round of global trade liberalization talks held in London on Nov. 7 ahead of a key World Trade Organization ministerial meeting in Hong Kong in December.
