Ex-ANA president Wakasa dies at 91
TOKYO, Japan - Tokuji Wakasa (file photo taken in 1984), a former president of All Nippon Airways Co. who was involved in the Lockheed scandal, dies on Dec. 27 at 91. After serving as vice transport minister, Wakasa joined ANA to become president in 1970 and contributed to expanding its businesses.
