TSE halts all stock trading due to soaring orders

TOKYO, Japan - Tokyo Stock Exchange President Taizo Nishimuro tells an urgently convened news conference on Jan. 18. that the bourse will suspended trading in all listed shares at 2:40 p.m. as soaring orders from investors have reached its computer system's processing capacity.
