Court terminates wartime Yokohama Incident retrial

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Lawyer Kinju Morikawa (C) and the relatives of five people, now deceased, make their way to the Yokohama District Court on Feb. 9 for a retrial over the wartime ''Yokohama Incident,'' in which journalists and other people were convicted of promoting communism. The court terminates the retrial.
