Japan allows Myanmar woman, Japanese-fathered daughter to stay

TOKYO, Japan - Japan's immigration authority on Feb. 10 granted Soesoemin (L), a woman from Myanmar, and her 11-year-old Japanese-fathered daughter Minsoeseet (R), who is stateless, special one-year permits to stay in Japan.
