Rescuers continue searching for survivors of Philippine landslide
GUINSAUGON, Philippines - U.S. Marines are in operations to search for survivors in the farming village of Guinsaugon in the central Philippine island of Leyte on Feb. 20. Rescuers, including teams from Malaysia and Taiwan, voiced hope of finding survivors three days after the massive landslide despite the general assessment by disaster officials that more than 1,000 people remained buried and are feared dead.
