S. Korean leader blasts moves to revise Japan's Constitution

SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean President Roh Moo Hyun, accompanied by his wife, gives three cheers after delivering a speech to mark the 87th anniversary of the March 1 Independence Movement. In his speech, Roh implicitly criticized moves in Japan to amend its pacifist Constitution.
