Fujimori's extradition issue won't affect Chile-Japan relations

SANTIAGO, Chile - Chilean President Ricardo Lagos (in file photo) said in a statement addressed to Kyodo News on March 10 that ongoing deliberations at Chile's Supreme Court over extradition of former Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori will not damage the country's relations with Japan and any other countries.

                  LIMA, Peru - Ricardo Sanchez is on trial on Oct. 6, 2010, at the Lima high court in which he was sentenced to 8 years in prison for killing Japanese man Tadao Kimura in 2001 in Japan.
