Koizumi tells defense graduates of need to tackle terrorism
YOKOSUKA, Japan - Graduating students of the National Defense Academy in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, toss their caps upward at the academy's graduation ceremony on March 18. Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi told the cadets that Japan is working to tackle weapons of mass destruction, the spread of ballistic missile technology and international terrorism.
