S. Korea summons Japan envoy to protest maritime survey
SEOUL, South Korea - Members of civic organizations shout their protest outside the Japanese Embassy in Seoul pver Japan's planned maritime survey near disputed islets in the sea of Japan as policemen stand on guard on April 20. The South Koreaan Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Ban Ki Moon summoned Japanese Ambassador to Seoul Shotaro Oshima to reaffirm that South Korea will take ''stern responses'' if Japan conducts the survey.
