Train runs on Tokyo's Yamanote loop line temporarily halted
TOKYO, Japan - Over 1,000 passengers arrive at Tokyo's Takadanobaba Station on foot on April 24 after their train on the Yamanote loop line stopped near the station due to a track-related problem. Because of the problem, possibly caused by construction work on a road running below the tracks, JR East temporarily suspended for checks all train services on the double-track line.
