Tokyo trains halted, more than 1,000 walk on tracks to station
TOKYO, Japan - Passengers walk to nearby Takadanobaba Station as train services on Tokyo's Yamanote loop lines were halted Jan. 24. East Japan Railway Co. (JR East) said an abnormality that lead to the standstill may have been caused by construction work on a road that runs below the tracks.
