Tokyo trains halted, more than 1,000 walk on tracks to station
TOKYO, Japan - Workers conduct operations near Takadanobaba Station on April 24 to resume stalled train services on Tokyo's Yamanote loop lines. East Japan Railway Co. (JR East) said an abnormality that lead to the standstill may have been caused by construction work on a road that runs below the tracks (bottom).
