Aso urges China to democratize, warns against nationalism

WASHINGTON, Untied States - Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso responds to questions from reporters at a Washington hotel on May 3 after his speech at a forum of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. In the speech Aso called on China to democratize and for transparency about its increasing military spending.
