Police arrest Huser chief over alleged building fraud

TOKYO, Japan - Police on May 17 arrested Susumu Ojima (in a photo taken on Jan. 17, 2006), president of failed condominium developer Huser Ltd., over an allegation he had sold units in a condominium building in Kanagawa Prefecture although he knew it was built using fabricated earthquake-resistance data.
