Japan, U.S. still for sanctions resolution, U.N. talks to end soon
TOKYO, Japan - U.S. Ambassador to Japan Thomas Schieffer speaks with journalists after his talks with Chief Cabinet Secretary Shinzo Abe on July 14. Japan and the United States agreed to continue to seek a ''binding resolution that includes sanctions'' in condemnation of North Korea's missile launches.
