Japan, U.S. submit revised N. Korea resolution to UNSC
NEW YORK, United States - John Bolton (L), U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. answers media questions at the U.N. Headquarters on July 14, as Japanese U.N. Ambassador Kenzo Oshima (R) listens. Japan and the United States submitted a revised draft resolution on North Korea's missile launches to the U.N. Security Council on the day after failing to come to terms with China and Russia over key provisions whether U.N. action will be made mandatory and legally binding.
