Princess Kiko has placenta displacement, may need Caesarean

TOKYO, Japan - Princess Kiko, in this photo taken on July 12, has symptoms of placenta previa, a complication in which the placenta becomes implanted at a location lower than normal in the uterus, the Imperial Household Agency said on July 18.
