Capital stake issues not part of initial tie-up talks with GM: Ghosn
TOKYO, Japan - Carlos Ghosn, the chief executive officer of Nissan Motor Co. and Renault S.A., speaks at a news conference in Tokyo on July 21. He said that the two firms will study only the potential benefits of a tie-up with General Motors Corp. during an initial 90-day review, not whether they will invest in the U.S. automaker.
