Abe elected LDP chief to be Japan's new leader
TOKYO, Japan - Liberal Democratic members of parliaments cast their votes in the presidential election at the party headquarters in Tokyo on Sept. 20. Chief Cabinet Secretary Shinzo Abe won by taking 464 of the 703 votes.
