Saga International Balloon Festa begins for 5-day run

FUKUOKA, Japan - Hot-air balloons fly over the city of Saga on Nov. 1 as the five-day Saga International Balloon Festa began. Some 110 hot-air balloons from Japan and elsewhere are taking part in the event, with about 800,000 people expected to visit.
