Japan's Takahashi takes lead at Skate Canada

VICTORIA, Canada - Japan's Daisuke Takahashi produced a personal best performance to take the lead after the men's short program at Skate Canada on Nov. 3. Turin Olympian Takahashi skated an almost error-free routine to score 78.80 points and lead American Johnny Weir and Czech Tomas Verner.
