Japan, Rwanda agree on need to implement N. Korea sanctions

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (R) shakes hands with Rwandan President Paul Kagame at his office in Tokyo on Nov. 8. They agreed on the need to implement the provisions of a U.N. Security Council sanctions resolution against North Korea in light of the North's nuclear test last month.
