Tokyo's Ginza, Osaka's Kitashinchi to form 'sister town' relations

OSAKA, Japan - The well-known entertainment districts of Kitashinchi in Osaka (in photo) and Ginza in Tokyo will form a ''sister town'' relationship soon, representatives of the districts said Nov. 17. The plan is eyed by a group of about 1,750 high-end bars, night clubs and restaurants in Ginza and a similar group of some 360 such businesses in Kitashinchi to join hands for better services and operation expansion.
