Tokyo Monorail link to Haneda airport resumes after vehicle shifted

TOKYO, Japan - Services on the Tokyo Monorail linking JR Lines in central Tokyo and Haneda airport resume on Nov. 24 eight hours after they were suspended due to a rail maintenance vehicle getting stuck on the track.
