Japan names ambassadors to Yemen, Senegal
TOKYO, Japan - The government decided on Dec. 1 to appoint Takashi Saito (in file photo), a director at the Japan External Trade Organization, as ambassador to Senegal. Saito, 57, was formerly a minister at the Japanese Embassy in Canada and became a director at JETRO in October 2004.
