Japan names ambassadors to Yemen, Senegal
TOKYO, Japan - The government decided on Dec. 1 to appoint Masakazu Toshikage (in file photo), a consul general in the United States, as Japan's new ambassador to Yemen. Toshikage, 60, has served as consul general in Miami since August 2004 after working in posts such as head of the Specialized Agencies' Administration Division at the Foreign Ministry's Foreign Policy Bureau.
