N. Korean negotiator says U.S. showed 'positive change'
BEIJING, China - North Korean nuclear negotiator Kim Kye Gwan (L) and his South Korean counterpart Chun Yung Woo (R) speaks with reporters after their talks in Beijing on Jan. 23. Kim said he was satisfied with bilateral talks he held with his U.S. counterpart Christopher Hill in Berlin last week, adding that he saw ''a positive change'' in U.S. attitude during their discussions.
