U.S., N. Korean delegates to financial talks leave Beijing
BEIJING, China - O Kwang Chol, vice chairman of North Korea's national finance and monetary committee, arrives at Beijing airport on Feb. 1 to fly back home after two days of talks in Beijing with Daniel Glaser, the U.S. deputy assistant Treasury secretary for terrorist financing and financial crimes. The talks focused on a row over U.S. financial sanctions against Pyongyang. Glaser also left Beijing the same day.
