Asahi Breweries to buy 10% stake in Kagome to form business tie-up

TOKYO, Japan - Kagome Co. President Koji Yoshioka (L) and Asahi Breweries Ltd. President Hitoshi Ogita attend a news conference in Tokyo on Feb. 6 after the two companies agreed to form a capital and operational alliance that will make Asahi the biggest shareholder in Kagome.
