Mongolia leader addresses Diet, calls for economic cooperation
TOKYO, Japan - Mongolian President Nambaryn Enkhbayar, his wife seated behind him, addresses Japan's House of Councillors on Feb. 27 in which he urged Japan and the international community to defuse the North Korean nuclear threat not only by political dialogue but also through building economic cooperation in the region. Enkhbayar is the first Mongolian leader to address the Japanese parliament.
