4 employees of major contractors held over alleged subway bid rigging

NAGOYA, Japan - A construction site of the Nagoya subway system in the city's Midori Ward. Four employees of major general contractors were arrested Feb. 28 on suspicion of violating the antimonopoly law with a series of bid riggings last year for five projects to extend a city-run subway line in Nagoya.
