N. Korea negotiator warns of partially foregoing denuke steps
BEIJING, China - North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan replies to media questions at Beijing International Airport on his way home on March 10 from New York, where he held talks with his U.S. counterpart Christopher Hill. Kim warned that his country will forego some of the initial steps for abandoning its nuclear programs if U.S. financial sanctions on a Macao-based bank are not lifted completely.
