U.S. says dispute with N. Korea resolved over fund freeze
BEIJING, China - North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan (C) attends the six-party talks in Beijing on March 19. The United States has resolved a dispute with North Korea over frozen funds at a Macao bank by agreeing on the transfer of all of the money to a North Korean account at a Chinese bank, a senior U.S. Treasury Department official says.
