Japanese election monitors leave for E. Timor
NARITA, Japan - Nine Japanese election monitors prepare to leave Narita airport for East Timor on April 3 to work together with monitors from other nations for the country's presidential election on April 9 in line with an extension of U.N. peacekeeping operations there.
