Historic house built by U.S. architect in Kanagawa damaged by fire
FUJISAWA, Japan - A large part of a two-story wooden house built by the late U.S. architect J. H. Morgan in Fujisawa, Kanagawa Prefecture, lies damaged after a fire on May 12. The house had been the subject of preservation efforts by the city government and local citizens as a piece of historic architecture.
