Inter-Korean talks fail to yield any agreements
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean Unification Minister Lee Jae Joung (L) and North Korean Chief Cabinet Councilor Kwon Ho Ung leave a hotel in Seoul on June 1 at the end of three days of ministerial talks. They failed to reach any agreements due to a dispute over the South's delay in shipping rice aid to the North.
