4 on boat of unknown origin say in Korean they are from N. Korea

FUKAURA, Japan - Pictured on June 2 is the port of Fukaura in Aomori Prefecture, where four people of unknown nationality entered in an open boat. Police suspect that the three men and a woman may be defectors from North Korea.
