Court dismisses suit against expressway in western Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan - A plaintiff wearing a mask of a Japanese goblin, along with other plaintiffs, protests on June 15 after the Tokyo District Court's Hachioji branch dismissed their suit seeking the suspension of part of the construction of an expressway and its access roads around Mt. Takao in western Tokyo.
