War-displaced Japanese to settle lawsuits
TOKYO, Japan - Sumie Ikeda, representative of formerly war-displaced Japanese nationals, speaks to reporters after her meeting with Yoshiyuki Inoue, secretary to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, at the prime minister's office on July 9.
