Mitsukoshi, Isetan in talks to form capital tie-up

TOKYO, Japan - Photo of Mitsukoshi Ltd.'s flagship store in Tokyo's Chuo Ward (top) and that of Isetan Co. in Tokyo's Shunjuku Ward. The two department store chain operators are in talks to form a capital tie-up, informed sources said on July 25.
