Court rules against suspending Hamaoka reactors over quake fear

SHIZUOKA, Japan - The Shizuoka District Court (photo) rules Oct. 26 against suspending the operation of reactors at Chubu Electric Power Co.'s nuclear power plant in Hamaoka, Shizuoka Prefecture.
