Fukuda, Ozawa fail to agree on continuing refueling mission
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (R) talks with opposition Democratic Party of Japan President Ichiro Ozawa in the Diet building in Tokyo on Oct. 30 in an attempt to break the impasse over a bill for Japan to continue its refueling support for U.S.-led antiterrorism operations in and around Afghanistan.
