Fukuda, Ozawa fail to agree on continuing refueling mission
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda speaks to reporters at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on Oct. 30 after talks with opposition Democratic Party of Japan President Ichiro Ozawa. They failed to break the impasse over a bill for Japan to continue its refueling support for U.S.-led antiterrorism operations in and around Afghanistan.
