DJP leadership rejects Fukuoka's grand coalition proposal
TOKYO, Japan - Top executives of the Democratic Party of Japan meet in Tokyo on Nov. 2 where they reaffirmed the principle of not joining a grand coalition Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda proposed during a meeting with DPJ leader Ichiro Ozawa earlier in the day. The DPJ executive meeting was chaired by Ozawa (C).
