Ishiba, Gates agree on need for Japan to resume refueling
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Defense Minister Shigeru Ishiba (L) and U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates speak at a news conference at the Defense Ministry in Tokyo on Nov. 8 after a meeting in which they said they agreed on the need for Japan to resume refueling support in the Indian Ocean for U.S.-led antiterrorism operations in and around Afghanistan.
