22 people seek relief as A-bomb victims
NAGASAKI, Japan - Plaintiffs show their letter of complaint outside the Nagasaki District Court on Nov. 15 before filing it with the court. They demand the central and local governments recognize them as atomic bomb victims as they have not been entitled to full compensation on the grounds that they had encountered the U.S. atomic bombing in Nagasaki at the end of World War II outside the designated bombsite.
