Shiroi Koibito cookie output resumes after expiry date scandal

SAPPORO, Japan - Confectionery maker Ishiya Trading Co. resumes production of its mainstay Shiroi Koibito chocolate cookies in Sapporo on Nov. 15 after being suspended in mid-August due to falsification of expiry dates.
